  1. Rabbits do not lose their teeth, they grow continously, and need to be ground down by eating the correct diet of hay, greens, and an appropriate dry food. If your rabbit has lost any teeth, it needs to see the vet, as loose teeth can stop it from eating. As they have high metabolisms, rabbits can die very quickly if they cannot eat.

  2. They don't loose teeth but due to constant wear grow them continuously.

Rabbit teeth are similar to horse teeth. They have evolved over time to break down tough, fibrous vegetation, such as grasses, weeds, twigs and leaves, the natural forage of wild rabbits. To compensate for this constant wear, rabbit teeth are open-rooted, which means they grow continuously throughout their lives.
