Do calling cards such as "pearl" to call international numbers show up on the phone bill?

It uses a local number and has a toll free number. If I use either of those numbers will it show up on the phone bill? When I call internationally will all the charges that come from making the call be covered by the card? After all, I did by the minutes. It's a 28 minute card (Pearl) and cost me $2.50.

  1. No, they shouldn't charge anything to your phone. All charges and fees should just use up some of your minutes on the phone card to pay for them.
