People with multiple sclerosis can have almost anything, frankly.  It's very difficult to answer your question without clarifying what it is you mean by 'ANS instability.'  

Technically, what I can tell you is that the effect of MS is to cause damage and then scarring (the 'plaques' of MS) in the white matter of the CNS.  This can definitely lead to autonomic dysfunction; the most common forms of that are probably urinary incontinence or orthostatic hypotension (the inability to regulate blood pressure when one changes positions--getting lightheaded when you stand up, in other words).  However, almost any autonomic function can be affected by MS.  

If that's what you mean by the phrase, then yes, it's absolutely possible.

ETA:  You are very welcome, but all I can tell you from here is that there is no reason that the symptoms you describe *couldn't* be related to your MS.  I'm sure you'll understand that it's not really possible to be definitive in this context--I'm not your doctor and I've never examined you.  But I would certainly speak with your neurologist about these issues, and if you don't have one that you're happy with, perhaps seek a new one.  You should have a good explanation for where they see plaques or any other pathology in your imaging and what they think it's causing.  It's just possible that all this is being caused by something else (medications you are taking? An unrelated condition?), but in any case, I would want an explanation.
