  2. I'm interested in knowing as well,  ,and say that they are very green about how long will it take to ripen? How would I know if it is ripe? I know they need to be a little yellow when ripe.

    But if it was picked while green will the color change?

  3. Yes, it still is living and will ripen more, as will any fruit.
