Do casino cashiers get paid good money?

Or any jobs that do in a casino expect dealers.

Not really. They only make around $8 or $9/hour, plus tips.  The tips don't go to the individual, though. They're split and put on your check just like dealers and they are taxed. I'm not speaking for everywhere, just what I know from my experience working in casinos in Mississippi.

i got paid $9.00/hr plus tip, which usually worked out to be about $120 every 2 weeks.  the tip was paid in cash and not reported, so it was tax free.  this practice varies from casino to casino.
