  1. Mine always did. Whenever she went into heat she'd meow this terrible loud sound and become all lovey-dovey.

  2. I have two male cats that I recently had neutered.  Before they were neutered they were very playful and affectionate ...until mating season.  Then they became very aggressive towards each other.  Females tend to cry a lot and hike their back ends up.

  5. Yes they do. Female cats go into "heat" which is when they're ready to mate. They roll around on the floor and meow pitifully. It's kind of painful to watch, but they're not in pain. And they don't go into heat if they're spayed/neutered.
