  1. no, ... no they dont

  2. mine haven't. I've got 2 of them and they are different as day and night. The only thing that they have in common is their feeding schedule which they never- ever miss !

  3. This is a good question and based on experiences in my life I would say they absolutely do!

My grandma had cats for over 40 years. I'm only 27. But every single cat she had from the time I was born was timid, shy, untrusting and disliked people. They always seemed miserable and sad and all died around the age of 8 - 9. Of course she took wonderful care of them, they just got riddled with cancer or another life threatening disease and died.

My grandma passed away in January of 2007 only 2 months after discovering she had liver cancer. She was bi polar, manic depressive and always crying. Nothing was ever good enough.

Every cat I've ever had was hilarious! They were social and loved on anyone who came in the house, even strangers. They made you laugh constantly. The one I have now, her name is Maya, and she's a hoot. She is curious, loud, obnoxious and playful - just like me.

Definately, yes they pick up on the personality traits of their owner.

Cats are very intelligent. Although personally I prefer dogs - but cats are great too!

  4. Not necessarily. Cats are much like people, just much fuzzier and much shorter. They have different and extremely unique personalities that affects the way we comminucate with them and the way they communicate with each other. I have five cats who are amazingly different and varied in color, size, and especially personalities. It's beautiful.

  5. I don't think so
