Do cats teeth grow back?

My cat has been in a very bad fight and lost some of her front teeth, will they grow back?

  1. If they are adult teeth, no.. they won't grow back.  My cat has very bad peridontal disease.  We had to pull all the teeth exept the fangs.  They are still gone after 5 years.


  2. no they wont-have the teeth come out or are they just broken(check the gumline to see if the root is still there)?you need to keep an eye out for infection setting in-look out for any signs of redness or swelling on the gums for about a month after.

  3. No they do not.. my last cat that died broke hes fang while playing.

    It never grew back.

  4. If the cat has baby teeth, the adult ones will replace the lost baby teeth. If the cat has its adult teeth already, and loses one or a few they will not grow back. It should not affect them too bad though as long as he has not lost all of them, and can manage to chew his food to thrive.
