Do cellular south blackberry pearls have GPS nav on them is this even a feature for blackberrys?

The devices should have GPS chips in them, because they are the 8130 model which comes with internal GPS. Now as far as software goes you will probably have to pay for that, but the internal GPS should work without an extra fee. You might be able to install the free Google Mobile Maps with can use the device's GPS to give directions.
