no but i like to cook them just a little bit longer in what ever im adding them to so they can get a little bit softer. not long at all a couple extra minutes.

No - they are fully cooked. Just make sure to rinse them well under cool running water.

no they don"t. they just need to be reheated& seasoned to your taste, u could add onions your choice of peppers etc.

No, they don't. But i have a tip for you: dried chick peas taste WAAAAAY better. You cook them in a pressure cooker on lonw for 60 minutes. MMMMMmmm.
