Only if you live on a farm. If they lived in a house it would destroy it. Plus they could drop eggs every where.

Yeah, just make sure you don't have dogs or cats cause my Aunt had one once but her dogs killeds it and ripped it to pieces.

yes,they make awesome pets! and they can eat most left overs that you don't want and they are such interesting animals,downsides,they are slightly messy birds,they need alot of room,upside they feed you! lol theres nothing like fresh eggs from a hen you love and raised :) if you choose to get some babies please do research as they are quite delicate when young and can die easily....
