  1. If they are from the UK or Ireland or non-EU, they need a passport or to be included in their parent's passport. If they are from an EU country they can use their national ID card.

UK and Irish people, who were born in the UK or Ireland, can use a drivers license, but kids can't, obviously.

  2. passport

  3. Yes

  4. if you are flying yes if you go by ferry you may be lucky and not need them notice the word MAY NOT.

I assume you mean from England

if you are flying a passport is a must for id.

if you are a child you require a passport to fly from london to manchester because the only other id they accept is a driving licence photocard and children cannot have got one because of the age

  5. If they are flying from the UK, then yes, absolutely, they need passports. We don't have ID cards in the UK.

  6. If you are talking about British citizens, no one needs a passport or ID to enter the Irish Republic from the UK, either adults or children.

  7. Well if you are driving across the border from Northern Ireland and you are a UK citizen then you need nothing. Zippo. Nada.

If you are a foreign national then you will need a passport with you at all times - flying or not.

If you are a UK citizen flying into the Republic then ID is needed.

  8. Depends on where u are coming from and whether you are from another part of Europe other than UK and how you are travelling.
