Do chin clefts ever go away?

I have a chin cleft, which is only noticeable if light is shining from the side at my chin, but its quite embarassing to me, does it ever go away at older age?

  1. i dont think soo, but i wouldnt be ashamed of it, it adds chaacter and it makes you unique, Thats cool

I have a deep, noticeable cleft also.  I'm self-conscious of it, but a lot of guys out there think it is cute.  Sorry to tell you it won't go away.  It is there because the 2 sides of your jawbone did not fully fuse (you can actually feel the cleft in your bone), and if they haven't fused by now, they aren't going to.  I suppose you could get surgery, but it would be best to accept and embrace the buttchin.
