  1. one year

  2. yes.

  3. My chin has always seemed happy just being by herself and with me when I visit with her....Don't know if that is the norm tho

  4. i had one boy who was sad so introduced another boy they are both happy together now, to introduce them keep in separate cages next to each other then let them out for a play in neutral territory, dont rush this!

  5. Honestly, its just up to the chinchilla themself. I already had two chinchillas, and I bought another one and tried to introduce them, and they all ended up fighting and had to be seperated. This was three years ago, when one gets loose they STILL fight to this day. I think my single chinchilla just wants to be by herself and doesn't want any other chinchilla near her. It all depends on your chinchilla.

  6. Yes as long as there opposite s*x!!! Do not put in same s*x not unless you like watching carnage unfold. But beware expect babies and lots of them! They are cute tho.
