Yes they do eat turtle. It's actually pretty common. I love them as pets and food... except I would never eat my pet turtle :)

I wouldn't doubt it.  I've watched a TV documentary where they showed an open air market in China selling all kinds of strange wild critters for food.  But people in other parts of the world also eat "strange" food. (emphasis on strange because anything is strange if one is not used to it)

Yes and no....

I have been to everywhere in China but never seen turtle feet serving for food.  May be some people eat it.  I once heard of it from the TV document.

But I can tell there are many Chinese people who don't eat turtle feet
