Because when I eat Chinese food my hands, legs and face swells. Last night I ordered Chicken Kow - chicken, white sauce with veggies. No, I didn't ask them.

Is MSG something of the past?

Thanks for your time!

  1. Most Chinese restaurants stopped using it.

If they state it, they deffinately stopped.

If they don't state it on the menu, you have to ask.

    Yes it's still around.

Very few restaurants use it these days because so many people are allergic to it.

You may have found one that still uses it.

If you ask, they would leave it out,

    but you didn't.
