My uncle is Dominican and he needed a visa to travel to El Salvador which is his wife's country, but that was before DR-CAFTA. I was wondering if they have since waived visa requirements for Dominicans who want to go to El Salvador. Thanks.

  1. According to:  http://www.skyteam.com/EN/travelPlanner/...

    National DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

    Residence U.S.A.

    Destination EL SALVADOR

Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months) required.

Visa not required for a stay of max. 3 months, provided

    holding proof of permanent residence.

Note that the website says he would need a visa if he didn't have a USA residence permit (Green Card) or didn't have it with him.

  2. i feel so it's needed
