Question:

Do cloth diapers hold as much as disposable diapers?

I am potty training my son, and want to try regular underpants. I have come across disposable diapers and thought that might be a good thing to try, because the sides would still come undone (just in case of a #2 accident). Does anyone know if they hold as much liquid as a disposable diaper? And would my son feel wetter than a disposable diaper. I want him to feel it so he will understand what it feels like before he has to go. The cloth diapers I have been looking at are the all in one waterproof ones, so I won't have to buy diaper covers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

  1. They have disposable diapers that alert the kid when he starts to pee so that he knows it is time to go potty. I think they are huggies but they could be pampers.  I would try that first.  I am pretty sure they hold just as much as a regular diaper.
