Do colleges only take into consideration your higest SAT scorse or your lower ones as well?

In recent years, colleges are able to see all of your SAT scores. When colleges are reviewing these scores, are they looking at all of them as a whole or primarily looking at only your highest scores?

  1. Colleges actually check out all of your scores to see how many times you may have taken the test. That's just for a reference. They will focus on your highest score.
