Do colleges pay attention to a specific year of high school?

  1. they watch all of them pretty closely but I would say your senior year because mos try to take it easy there senior year because they already got accepted to a college by the end of the first semester and they think that they got it made in the shade but they can change thier mind plus senioritis...but honestly they prolly wont take your freshman year too seriously because your adjusting to high school and such...they know because you have to send them your transripts when you apply then when you graduate they want a coy of your final transcript. Stay Focused, do your work, an you will be fine remember high school sets u the rest of your life.


  2. All year, they just care about your class, whether it is AP or Honors.  

  3. colleges pay the most attention to sophomore and junior years of high school because obviously no one is gonna look at your freshman year, and senior year is when you have to turn in applications and no one really studies during senior year

  4. colleges will focus their attention on your junior year, because it is the most recent grades etc, that they recieve. Freshman year doesnt matter too much, just make sure that your grades don't drop off in junior and senior year
