Do colored contacts work well?

okay i have blue eyes and they turn grey. i want sharp blue crystle blue eyes. there are contacts for 50.00 that are asphire blue. do you think thats a good deal or would you be able to see my eye color right through it?

It sounds like a good deal.  There is one problem with color contacts though, when you go into a darker room your pupils will get larger, this may cause your vision to be a little bit "fuzzy" around the edges.
