Do community college players get scouted by ncaa or nba?

i know jamrio moon was a cc player but he traveled a long way to get to the nba. but i was wondering if nba and college draft players out of cc if their really good

Colleges don't "draft" players out of JC.  If you meant recruiting out of JC, they do it all the time.

both colleges look all players that are under them, its probaby rare to see a nba scout but it is possible
