  3. all the time - it's the American way, along with cheating on your taxes, renting out the home that's in foreclosure and failing to report the income, living off of credit cards, and having someone else take your kid's exams so they get higher scores and get into good schools.

  4. it has become the norm over the past decade especially, primarily due to rising employees costs associated with health care benefits.

    even if they do pay overtime, it is cheaper than paying another employee.
