Do companies have policies about calling banks?

If a company is going to pay for an employees house and then deduct the payments from the employees earnings. Does a company usually have a policy where they won't call the bank to get the bank account info.?

They more than likely would ask you for your permission first. If you don't give it then they won't call the bank.
