Do contact lenses damage your eyes???

I think contacts would b a less pain but i don't wanna hurt my eyes. and make them worse.

Contacts rub your eyes every time you blink, which is why you should always take them out at night to prevent a tear that could get infected.

It can't hurt your eyes, but it is VERY IMPORTANT to keep your contacts and storage/cleaning area sterile to prevent infections and other harmful conditions.

I have worn contacts for at least three years, and I have not have any problems with my eye-sight.  I use contacts that is slightly below my prescription level, since I do a lot of up-close things and that method pretty much eliminated changes in my eye sight.

In long term, it might. But if u take great care of it. Generally it is ok one.
