  1. I suppose I could be classed as a 'mercenary' !

Certainly not a 'high flyer' but a contractor, I work for the highest bidder, have done so for many years, never been out of work, I have to travel away from home to anywhere that the work is, Saudi, Eygpt, even Nigeria, etc etc, for up to 3 months at a time, so what? I get well paid for it!

If your idea of a job is to work for the same company all your life then good luck to you! At the end of your time they may give you a clock to put on your wall, with the company logo on it, great!!

The main job of a company is to make as much profit as they can or their shareholders, if they could get you to work for half your present wage, they would do just that, they are not in business to provide you with a living.

As for money, I dont want to say too much, you may be a Revenue agent!!

My job whatever part of the world I worked in paid around 3.5 times the money I could earn by working at home for a company on the door step, all accomadation was paid, all meals were provided, and on top of that I recieved a local currency allowance. If thats not enough all this was free of income tax.

Of course there are some draw backs,I have no feeling of company commitment , I dont get a clock at the end of my service, I will never get to use the managers bathroom, all these little things count dont they??

    Not  lot they dont!!!

Yes I'm a mercenary , and no regrets at all.

  2. Well:yes if your own  " Country can afford to hire our American

Christan Workers Fellowship  they has Internatonal Certified

Contractors for Mercinaries like Building New Churches or

Restoring Historical Homes any way that depends upon their

    Final Estimations only "

  3. Yes - quite a lot more. I watched a programme on Nat Geo not too long ago all about them.

They get paid around $160,000 a year. Bur remember - you're being paid a lot for a VERY dangerous job! If you're thinking about doing it, you have to ask yourself if it's really worth it!
