Do conure parrots talk?

i have a sun conure, and i want to know if they can talk. he's about a year old of that helps.

My greencheek conure talks a bit...she says her name so far..and she does LOTS of different whistles/sounds and she barks like a dog, and laughs like me LOL

She is 3 yrs and still learning !

they can learn if  you  practice  with it  everyday
