Do conures parrots get deaf?

I would imagine that any critter with ears "COULD" go deaf, but if you mean that because they are noisy...the noise does not bother them.

Yes any animal can have inner ear damage which will effect their preception of sound esentially making them deaf if not all the way deaf.  Keep in mind different animals are meant to handle different sounds better then others.
