It happens much, much more often than the public generally ever hears about. A significant, though small, percentage of cops use drugs throughout their careers. Some even sell drugs. It is no surprise then that they frequently find themselves being arrested by other officers. Worse still, few people suffer more in prison than a cop that gets busted.
