  1. I sure hope so!

No, they won't make you go to 'rehab' on a first offense-depending on how much you got caught with.

God forbid you should have to go to rehab!

(oh, did I just say that??)

  2. youre best off if you are younger than 18.  and really, it depends on how much you get caught with.  if its a small amount most cops will just take it and warn you or call your parents or something.  you could get into a lot of trouble if you have a lot on you though, cuz youll get charged with intent to sell.. and stay off of school campuses- more trouble for you if youre caught on a school.

  3. Police typically charge you with whatever they can and as much as they can. They like letting the courts sort it out. Which is a good way of shafting poor people who can't afford the expense of an extended trial. So, yes, they'll arrest you. In many states you can apply for 'youthful offender' status if you're under 21 and be given a reduced sentence. The punishments for first time Marijuana offenses are different in almost every state. Almost no one gets jail time and no one gets in-care rehab, however it is gonna cost you a lot of money most places. - $500 to $2000 FTP

  4. yes they do. why wouldn't they after all if they never arrested first time offenders then there would never be repeat offenders.

  5. Yes, they always arrest you.  What you don't seem to understand is that what happens after you're arrested can be different.  It could be anything between just having a judge yell at you for a bit to a few weeks in jail.  If you don't want to suffer, then stop smoking.  It's just a waste of time.

  6. I ALWAYS arrest marijuana offenders, first time or not.

Any rehab or other sentence is from the court, not from me.
