  1. i have just lost hubby and i am not sure if i am goiong either they say it does but not sure what did you think?


  2. It depends on the individual.  Some people prefer to deal with grief on their own or with the support of family and friends.  If you feel you feel that's not right for you then counselling would probably be of help.


  3. everyone is different..........i didn't want anyone telling me what to think......for some it has done a lot of good.......

  4. It helps if you go consistently and participate as honestly as possible.

  5. Yes it does. Sometimes you can be overwhelmed by your emotions and it can really help to have someone help you untangle them.

  6. When my daughter died I had no help.But since then I have spoken to someone on here and she was a great help..

    It wa odd because I said nothing for many years and she gave me the chance to speak..

  7. My old mans mum passed away 30 years ago and he's still grieving
