  1. Great Britain, nations of the British Commonwealth, France and many former French colonies.


  2. Given that the system in USA is based on that of the UK, you can predict that Australia, NZ, Canada, etc will have a similar system. Interestingly, it seems most Asian countries don't have this system, but Japan is getting it next year.
