Yes. If you are picked up in a state, they can punch you in the computer and see what your record is and if you are on parole, probation, or if there is a warrant out for your arrest.

Yes.. I believe, but i also believe it has something to do with if it's a federal case. Federal cases follow you EVERYWHERE! lol. Felony's, misdameanors, and etc they will follow you from state to state for sure.
