Do cruise companies allow others sell their shore excursions.?

Im doing reseach on a new site that (among other things) would like to sell cruise lines shore excursions. I'm wondering if cruise line appoint others as re-sellers of their excursions? If not do they pay for click through sales from other sites?

  1. The cruise lines themselves won't.  You may however be able to work out an arrangement with the private tour vendors.


  2. Some excursions are threw the cruise line and the rest are privately owned. Some even have their own sites. Also at each port of call you visit they sell excursions on the docks however there have been cases where people have taken an excursion that is not linked to the cruise line and have missed the ship by not return before departure.
