Do cruise ships hire new employees just for the summer?

I would LOVE to work on a cruise ship but will only be availaible for about 3 months (June, July, August). Does anyone know if it is worth applying for these highly competitive jobs with such limited availibility? Thanks! :)

Most cruise lines will hire seasonal employees for the summer.  Alaska, Europe and Canada/New England are destinations for seasonal passengers.  Contact the cruise line directly at their corporate office and ask for the HR department.

Most r 6 months and r rough I would suggest applying and tell the cruise company your problem. I would do Disney for it is stateside.
