i need thicker legs and a bigger butt. if i get an upright bike or run on my treadmill or even do it outside, will that help me get a bigger butt/thicker legs? thanks

and for legs they also work but bike is better becasue it make the legs clean withouht fatty adn squats make it bigger and your butt
