    #2--More costly

    #3 and most importantly....they will not last as long as the silver fillings....3-5 years, as opposed to 10 years or more....plus they have a greater re-decay rate.....

  3. Of course they do.  I have many.  

    You may need to ask for it.  Composite is more costly  - they may assume you wouldn't mind having the silver in the back where it is less noticeable because it would save you money.

  4. you would have to ask for it probably.  you mean the fillings that are the color of your teeth?  they will do that if you ask for it.
