  1. Diet cokes don't have sugar so they don't have calories. and yes, it's always sensible and healthy to cut them out of your diet or at least drink less of it.

  2. the calorie content in drinks varies from drink to drink but, another good reason to cut thes drinks out is the carbonation.  Carbonation is, as you already know, a gas.  This gas gradually weakens the skeletal system over time.  It is just more healty to drink other things like crystal light, juices, flavored waters, and as always, plain water.  find your happy medium and enjoy.

  3. Diet Coke has no calories.  Check the nutrition label on a can of soda or on the cardboard packaging to see if it has calories.

  4. Soda's are full of sugar and calories. Even diet soda is full of sugar.

Plus carbonated beverages eat your stomach lining and rot your tooth enamel.

  5. diet-coke doesnt have any calories, but its not very good for youou either. if you  can, cut them out. did you know that just by cuttign out soda from your diet, you can loose up to 5 pounds a year. thats like....25 pounds after 5 years! cool, huh?

  6. Diet coke has no calories

  7. Diet coke does not contain any significant calories.

Other non-diet drinks contain very significant calories.

In both cases it would be VERY sensible and healthy to cut them out. For the non-diet ones, it would reduce your sugar intake (and therefore your calories too). For the diet ones, it is a VERY good choice to remove aspartame from your diet as it has many side effects, some which we don't know about. The ones we do know about are neurological (brain) ones.  In addition to all of that, you generally won't feel satisfied after diet drinks. Most make you feel thirsty after drinking them.

Try and replace the drinks with water and fruit (fruit so you get those sugars you need, but in a healthier form!). Even fruit juice isn't the best to have since having too much ends up being pretty significant calories as well! (limit to 1/2 a glass if you do).  Fruit provides everything the juice does PLUS extra benefits from the pulp/skin/fibre etc.

  8. they have no calories but the artificial sweeteners make you bloated.

  9. it would be healthy to cut out sodas in general. i did it and my skin cleared up and im healthier

  10. Diet cokes do not contain calories. But they do contain phosphoric acid, aspartame, and phynelalanine, which have hundreds of side effects:

Phosphoric acid leaches calcium from the bones, and cancer runs on it. Not only that, people use it to clean stainless steel, and medical equipment.

  11. depends on the other "fizzy" drinks.  Diet Coke has no calories. Most other colas or carbonated drinks have the equivalent of two heaping spoonfulls of sugar.  TWO!  I know people who have quit drinking regluar Coke and Pepsi drinks and lost 20 pounds in 2 months.

Another advantage to drinking diet sodas versus regular colas is the effect on your skin.  If you are a teenager or young adult, you'll find that skin care is quite a bit easier when you don't drink soda.
