If alternative universes exist, we should assume they are like ours. Then light exists then colors must exist too. More than that, the colors should be the same at least in a part of alternative universes

Colors are just how our eyes are trained to measure different waves of light / heat. So if there're different amounts of light / heat in the other universe, I'm pretty sure our eyes are gonna say that they're different colors.

Different colors exist in our universe.  For light, the "color" is really due to the wavelength of light.  We have electronics that let you "see" infrared.  This is light with wavelengths longer than your eyes can usually see.  Same with ultraviolet.  You can say that your TV and radio "see" light in very long wavelengths.  And of course radio and microwave telescope have been built to image the cosmos.  And astronomers really do talk about "color" for these wavelengths.

If aliens evolved under a different star - say a much cooler Red Dwarf - they'd likely evolve eyes that see the much longer wavelengths that such a star emits.  We could say that they see different colors than we do.

We do not yet have direct evidence of any alternate universes.  There are some hints that they may exist, but as yet, no proof.  Fortunately, you don't have to go very far to see something new, unique and strange.

Colors are how we as humans perceive different wavelengths of light.  No matter what universe you create, a human would perceive it the way he/she has evolved to do.

So no, there are no different colors, anywhere.
