ok so I was reading this blog post: http://incogitoblog.blogspot.com/2008/04/created-equal-racial-iq.html

And i think that it is pretty offensive. They are saying that genetically some races are less intelligent than others.

they have all these studies though, so i don't know what to think.

what do you think?

  1. Sometimes. Not always.

  2. No... this is racist nonsense. MENSA is full of members from around the world.

There is no variational pattern of IQ which corresponds to any specific racial type. The human body is actually the same on the inside, which includes brain function.

The basis of this racist logic is a belief that what we, a Western nation, view as important, is better than what other cultures, nations, and tribes view as socially and intellectually important. This is false. The learning needed to survive in one community is not what is needed to survive in all communities. Our Western ideals are also very harmful to our bodies and our planet, so one could also make the argument that we are the ones not adapted well, not able to learn and evolve, and in effect, stupid.

Shame on the answerer who agreed with the false article. I am curious to know HIS IQ.

As for me, I am Native American and French, and my IQ is over 155.

  3. I would think people of different social classes would have different iq's

  4. Yes some races have adapted better to learning and their cultures support learning processes better.

  5. Yes, it's true.

  6. Ask the Aussie, who had taken Aboriginal's baby and rear by the white. Are they smarter when they grown up?

Even the answer is no, i think ti's related to their gene. Maybe their gene has something that wanting them to stay in the wild.. but that does not means they have a lower IQ.

  7. NO.  An IQ test measures one's ability to learn in the environment of a structured school system, whether it be private or public.  An IQ test does not measure the actual intelligence of a person - that can only be gained throughout life, but it measures how well you will be able to learn and how intelligent you may be able to become while going to school.

The way a person is raised effects an IQ test not their skin color no matter what.
