Do diffrent universale remots have diffrent codes?

i have a sanyo t.v

my other t.v has a universale remote which is called one for all

i need it for my downstairs and i found the website and code

but it wont work for my sanyo t.v

the other remote did which i found the code for ( one for all)

i have no clue wht product the one i have is

i lost the manual to

Some use the same codes - don't know if all do.

Yes, different remotes have different codes for the same TV (or DVD player, etc).
