Do doctors give you anything if they are running extremely late?

I have been here since 9am. It is 10:30am. The doctor is in surgery so he is running late. This other lady has been here since 8:30am. We will probably be waiting another hour. Shouldn't they give us beverages and snacks for waiting? Because i am starving and hungry and i only have $3 on me. Don't you hate when this happens?

  1. Yes I do hate it when this happens.  But the most you will get is a bill for your visit.
