Do downloaded web browsers, like Firefox, take up a lot a of computer space?

  1. Well it depends on what u think is a lot on my macbook 2.1 GHZ it only took up 18 megabites to download mozilla firefox and opera took 23 megabites.


  2. Depends on your hard drive... Firefox 3 is taking up 25 MB's on my drive, but I have  320 GB's. h**l, even with a 40 Gig hard drive you wouldn't miss the space this thing takes up... Might have to delete a Brooke Hogan video or two though!

  3. Not much, and it is well worth the space it does takes up.

  4. I believe Firefox requires around 50-60mb of space, roughly the same as a music album in MP3 format. Not much, really.
