  1. What you see in dreams are what your brain does. If you think it means anything you should check out your dreams at this site!

  2. your dreams are your subconscious mind trying to sort through all your different problems~_~

  3. Dreams are your subconscious brain sifting through experiences, feelings, problems that you're been through. If you go to sleep trying to figure out a problem, often you'll wake up knowing the answer. The brain is extremely powerful and your subconscious keeps working while your consciousness is asleep. If we can unlock what our subconscious is working on while we dream, we can sometimes understand the deeper issues we're going through that our subconcious is aware of.

Also, subconsciously we perceive a lot of things that never come into consciousness. This has been established from a wealth of research.

Dreams are created by your brain so they speak in the language of your brain. That means any symbols will be created by, and relevent to you.

If you dream a lot about how you feel about people, it may be your subconscious is saying that you are having trouble expressing those feelings in the real world.

  4. what you see in real life will sometime be opposite in your dreams. For exp, i'm afraid of going bald so in my dreams, I see my hair falling a lot everytime I comb my hair. I also want a baby girl in the future but in my dreams I get a little boy instead...lol its weird!

  5. A fascinating question!

The value of dreams is highly discussed and debated even between experts in the field.

Personally, I believe that dreams have the importance you give them. Alternatively, when my dreams are trying to tell me something, they start tipping toward the nightmarish side -- a sure sign that I need to pay attention to something that is affecting me in waking physical reality.

About the weird dreams... well, if it were My dream, I'd think that I'm externalizing what I don't dare for one reason or another, to express in waking life.

  6. i think its your subconscious mind trying to tell you things. for instance i need to quit smoking pot but i never end up doing it, and i had this dream where i'm reaching for the paraphernalia while this kid i don't know is yelling at me not to. and there's spiders all over the bong, and i smoke and suddenly there's spiders everywhere. i've heard that anyone who you don't recognize in your dream represents a part of your subconscious. so i quit, cause my brain was telling me to.
