Do dvds work on the computer?

im not tech smart at all and i was just wondering if a dvd would work on my computer, like could i watch it there~

Only if your computer has a built in DVD player. Most newer computers have them. So Just put in the disc and it should play all by it's self. If you have more than 1 CD player in your computer than try them both.

Put in a DVD and see what happens.  If your computer is relatively new, some sort of media player will probaly pop up and you will be able to watch the movie.  

The computer may prompt you to download some software.  If so, download and install it.
