  1. probably not, as most child seat laws are age/size designed and once someone breaks either the age or size, then they no longer have to use the seat.

if memory serves the federal law is only 40 lbs or 4 years old whereas many state laws are 8 years or 80 lbs now.

  2. good question , l0l .

  3. Yes in some case and no in other ones, it would depend on what type of vehicle the "little person" was driving........

  4. I believe that "little people" is the correct term to use. To answer your question I believe that adults are able to drive using modified vehicles. As a passenger it would be absurd for a Little Person to sit in a child protective car seat as you so put it. Being a Little Person does not mean that one is child-like or frail.

  5. Only when they are children,

  6. Yes its code 14.9.1 of the federal highway traffic safety laws.  I know this because I am a Federal Highway Safety Official

  7. It is the law? how you figure? they are not children some are adults and deserve to be treated as an adult....they also drive is that against the law?

  8. Have you never watched television (Little People; Big World. )?  Adult little people may have adaptations to the vehicle to allow them to drive, buy the child seat question is ludicrous.  Matt Roloff would club you mercilessly with his crutches for even thinking that.

  9. yea they do they are supose to it is a safety thing in  case of an accedent. i saw it on t.v when i was wacthing a show with dwarfs but im not sure that it is a law.. im saying that they should because they are as mall as the age range of the kids sitting in a childs protective seat.
