I need to repair an emachine but they seem uncooperative with providing drivers for audio ether net and chipsets on their web sites for model t3516a are the chip set for model t3516 different? If they are incomatible with the motherboard where do I find appropriate drivers for model t3516a?

  1. I don't know, I think It depends on the Manufacture, it might be possible, but I don't know, it might be same it might be different. If you don't have the driver, you could always check the e-machine website, it just depends, sometimes you have to change a part eventually, for example, your hard disk broke, then you need to change your hard disk. So It is just depends.

  2. They use different drivers because they use different motherboards.

The T3516 uses an Intel motherboard (D101GGC), and the T3516a uses an ECS motherboard (RC410M).

Take a look here for any and all questions about eMachine drivers and manuals, etc.
