Texaco Oil Group London offers me a job, £7500 salary for a month. So they refer me to UK Migration expert to process my work permit. To make it short, before processing my visa papers, work permit (UK) wants me to pay £500 for my visa application, work permit and delivery charge in my address, Philippines. That's too big for me to pay, however please let me know if this is just a scam or a fake? Or is it really true? That they really offer a promising job and salary like that? I don't trust anybody especially if it talks a lot of money but then I really need a job however I can't afford to lose that much.

Also, Texaco company offers to pay my travel expense except that i need to pay first said fee.

Waiting for your answers. Thanks

  1. Sorry, but it is a con.  My husband was offered something similar, I researched it and it was a con.  Good luck finding a job.

  2. Never part money in advance with this kind of transaction.

you will lose a lot of money. If they can afford to pay you that much they do not need your money in advance.I say its a scam.

  3. my girl just got the same offer and am really pissed she is just telling me right now.they just sent her a message asking for a fee too. I told her that any company willing to offer u a job would ask u for no fees or anythin at all. I think is a scam, pls dont send them no money. Did they at anytime question u about ur documents and credentilas, no i guess. cos they dont really care about that, they just out to scam u.so be wise. cos nobody gets paid for 7500 a month.
