An example of matter without electric charge is a neutron isn't it? but do you know more examples?

But is there an example of an electric charge separated from a particle with mass?

  1. There are more neutral massive particles than you could name, see the references.  The most familiar of course is the neutron.  But I don't think I've ever heard of a massive particle with charge.
