Do facts prove Chris Benoit didn't kill his family?

There have been several posts on this subject. But facts may prove benoit's innocence. For one, there were several beer cans found in the trash can in the kitchen, and also an empty bottle of wine was found at benoit's feet where his body was found. Yet toxicology reports show no alcohol was found in his body, nor nancy or daniel benoits bodies!! And the scenerio of the deaths is NOT rage, but a cold, calculated assasination of his family!! And the wikipedia entry reporting the death of nancy benoit being dead 13 HOURS BEFORE the bodies were discovered!!

I'm sick of people saying it was the steroids. It's not like he was possessed by it. Steroids or not,it's his own fault and he did it with his own hands. C'mon people, he got brains to control with.

Woah. Very interesting. Some of that stuff I never knew. Like it being 10 years after Nancy dumped Sullivan to marry Benoit & Benoit not having any alchohol in his system. This case should be reopened..there are too many unansewered questions.

Agreed i think its nancy's X-husband who killed them cause he told benoit ill kill you and there were many more evidence i found but whats the use now =(

If, and only if, someone else did this, then that would be terrible and horrendous.  Chris Benoit has been dragged through the mud not only in the wrestling community, but in the mainstream news as well.  In addition to Benoit, but wrestling in general got put down several more pegs because of this tradgedy.  It wouldnt surprise me though, if he were innocent.  The case was closed and wrapped up fairly quickly.  It, in the eyes of the prosecution, an open and shut case of a steriod ravaged rassler who went ballistic and killed his family.  

It would take an investigator who really looked into the case, or perhaps a reporter who is fascinated by the case, to gather the evidence and get the case reopened.  

I have read rumors that Kevin Sullivan was somehow involved.  Maybe it was someone else, or maybe a few people, who really did it.  But for now, it remains that Chris Benoit committed suicide after killing his family.

Benoit's tragedy is a fact of life, not all stories have a happy ending. There are things Benoit might have known or experienced that we possibly can never know, Benoit was probably the most respected guy in the company, unlike most other WWE champions, he really worked hard for and deserved his title, Professional wrestlers never seem to get a happy ending in their lives...

Nobody really knows the reason why Benoit killed his family... all the others are just theories
